A printed welcome folder goes soft at the corners within a season and a laminated WiFi card peels. An engraved oak sign carries the same information — WiFi, bins, check-out time, your contact number — in a form that suits a cottage interior and survives weekly changeovers. The signs here are the ones holiday-let owners order together: a welcome at the door, house rules where guests will read them, home information by the kettle, a WiFi board in the living room, and a keyring that reminds guests where the key goes on the last morning.

Formats
Hanging signs come in four sizes on natural jute twine and suit a hallway wall, a door or a hook. Freestanding signs sit on a wooden base in two sizes for a worktop, hall table or bedside. A4 and A5 panels take the longest wording — a full set of house rules — and can be ordered with a push-fit stand or fixed flat to a wall. Each product page lists its exact sizes.
Materials
Signs and oak keyrings are laser-engraved on 4mm FSC-certified oak veneered MDF; the bamboo keyrings are FSC-certified Moso bamboo (certificate RINA-COC-001256). Hanging signs are wood and jute twine only and freestanding signs are wood only, with no plastic or acrylic; keyrings are wood and a metal split ring. The WiFi boards pair an oak frame or oak face with a wipeable whiteboard or blackboard surface. Orders are dispatched without plastic packaging. All signs are for indoor use.
Personalisation
Most signs have a standard wording shown in the photos; type your own in the personalisation box on the product page — property name, WiFi details, check-out time, contact number. Signs with a logo upload button take a black-and-white logo file, and the design service is free. Proofs are not provided as standard — ask for one in the personalisation box if you want to see the layout first.
Bulk discount pricing
Discounts are applied automatically at checkout per product — no code needed. One of each sign for a single property does not reach the tiers; twenty home information signs for a portfolio of cottages does.

Frequently asked questions
Which signs does a holiday let have to display by law?
Fewer than most owners expect. The clear duties are fire safety information for guests — the fire safety duty on paying-guest accommodation was tightened in October 2023 — and, in Wales, the smoke-free law that has covered self-catering lets since March 2022. House rules, WiFi, check-out and key signs are good hosting rather than legal requirements. Our guide to what signage a holiday let needs sets out what applies, with sources.
Which sign replaces the welcome folder?
The home information sign: WiFi name and password, bin day, check-out time, heating instructions and your contact number on one engraved panel by the kettle or in the hall. Pair it with a welcome and contact sign at the door and a house rules sign where guests will read it, and the folder is redundant.
Hanging, freestanding or A4 — which format do I need?
Hanging signs on jute twine suit a wall or door and carry a short message well. Freestanding signs on a base sit on a worktop or hall table. A4 and A5 panels hold the most text, so a full set of house rules is usually an A4 or A5 panel with an optional stand.
What happens to my WiFi sign when I change the password?
A whiteboard or blackboard WiFi board wipes clean and takes the new password in seconds. An engraved QR code sign encodes the network name and password in the code itself, so it has to be re-made if either changes — choose the QR sign for a password that stays fixed and a board for one you change between guests.
Which keyring should I put on the guest key?
The 90 × 25mm Please Return to Keysafe, Please Return Key and Please Put Key in Box keyrings carry the instruction for the last morning. The XL 200 × 80mm keyrings are the size guests do not pocket by accident. Each can be engraved with the property name alongside the wording.
I own several properties — how do the bulk discounts work?
Per product: twenty of the same sign in one order takes 10% off that line, fifty takes 15%, and so on up to 35% at 1,000. A mixed order of one of each sign does not reach the tiers.
