Frequently asked questions
What is a good personalised Valentine's gift?
One that holds something only the two of you would recognise: your own messages on love tokens, a playlist of your songs behind a mixtape QR code, or the date you met on a bauble or keyring.
When should I order for Valentine's Day?
Valentine's Day is Sunday 14 February 2027. Each gift is made to order, so check the dispatch time shown at checkout and allow for Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery after it.
Do you have lower-priced Valentine's gifts?
Yes. Love tokens, the mixtape, heart keyrings, magnets and coasters all have lower-priced options, and more small gifts are gathered in budget gifts.
Can I order the same gift for a group, such as a restaurant's Valentine's tables?
Yes. Order 20 or more of one product and 10% comes off automatically at checkout, rising to 35% at 1,000.
