Moso bamboo — FSC-certified (certificate RINA-COC-001256), 3mm, a lighter colour with visible natural grain. Available on selected designs.

Personalisation
Type your wording in the personalisation box before adding to basket — it is engraved exactly as written. Where a product has a logo upload button, upload your logo there; black-and-white artwork gives the cleanest result and most colour logos can be converted. The standard typeface is Garamond; ask in the personalisation box if you would like something different. Proofs are not sent as standard but can be requested in the same box.

What is an engraved wooden sign?
An engraved wooden sign has its lettering and artwork burnt into the surface of the wood by a laser, rather than printed onto it. The result is permanent: it cannot peel, fade or rub off. Every sign here is laser-engraved on oak veneer, bamboo or solid oak.
What is a personalised sign?
A personalised sign is engraved with your own wording — a name, a room, a business, a logo or a message — instead of a fixed off-the-shelf design. Most signs in this collection let you choose a ready-made wording or supply your own in the personalisation box.
Do you make wooden signs for the home?
Yes. Alongside business signage we make hanging signs for the home: family names, kitchen and bedroom signs, poems, Welsh gifts and occasion messages. Choose a plain or bordered hanging sign, add your wording and pick a size.
What can I have engraved?
Any text, and on most designs a logo. Enter the wording in the personalisation box and upload a logo where a logo upload button is shown. Black-and-white logos engrave best; most colour logos can be converted.
What are the signs made from?
Most are FSC-certified 4mm oak veneered MDF. Selected designs are FSC-certified Moso bamboo (certificate RINA-COC-001256), and the freestanding Block range is solid oak. All are for indoor use.
What sizes are available?
Hanging signs come in four sizes: 102×74mm, 158×115mm, 225×164mm and 270×190mm. Freestanding and logo signs are A5 (210×148mm) and A4 (297×210mm). The extra large sign runs to A3 (420×297mm) and 590×390mm.
Can I order signs in bulk for a business?
Yes. Discounts apply automatically at checkout from 20 units, rising to 35% at 1,000. Different wording on each sign is fine: list every variant in the personalisation box.
Are the signs suitable for outdoor use?
No. Oak veneered MDF, 3mm bamboo and solid oak signs are designed for indoor use only.
Do you offer sustainable signage?
Our oak veneer and bamboo signs are made from FSC-certified materials, certified at source through our suppliers' Chain of Custody. We are not ourselves an FSC certificate holder, so the FSC logo does not appear on finished signs. Everything is made to order, which avoids the overproduction of mass-printed signage.
